1) Dexter
2) Eastbound and Down
3) Community
4) Chuck
5) Modern Family

Jury is still out on The Event, and The Office is becoming unwatchable.

1. The Mentalist
2. Human Target
3. Stargate Universe
4. Dexter
5. Tie between Castle/Lie To Me/Big Bang Theory

This gets harder to do each year with so many great off-season shows that overlap with the fall shows so I limited my list to shows that will air this fall.

Castle was freaking fantastic tonight--one of the better hours of television so far this season of any show.

To me Terriers is the best show that is currently in it's run right now. This show is hitting on all cylinders and I pray it won't be cancelled because it is just fantastic.

I posted this in the Terriers thread but since I doubt many people look at it I figured I'd throw it up here as well:

Please everyone stop watching things until you have watched this season of Terriers. This is the best show on tv right now and it is not even close. It has everything that one would want in a show yet for some reason no one watches it or wants to even give it a chance. There are 2 episodes left (after tonight's) so tell everyone you know to start watching. This show is way to good to be a one and done show.

It's not marketed right. Unfortunate, but true.

i tried watching Terriers and just couldn't stand it... probably because I'm not a big Donald Logue fan, but meh...

and I gotta take Dexter out of my top 5. That show has fallen off a cliff and is hitting more rocks on the way down than Homer Simpson did when he fell down the Springfield Gorge.

My top 5 right now?

1. Walking Dead
2. It's Always Sunny
3. Modern Family/Community
4. Eastbound and Down
5. Bored To Death/Weeds

Can't wait for Archer to come back. That's one of the consistently funniest shows I've ever seen.
Yeah... that's 7... shoot me!

I'm not much for the half hour shows but Archer is pretty funny. The best thing about it is you can watch it with just about anybody because it's just so mild and inoffensive. It makes South Park look like Saturday morning fare.

I hadn't been a big Donal Louge fan before and I probably would never have watched this show unless a critic I really like hadn't suggested it. Louge has been great in this show and his chemistry with Michael Raymond-James is unbelievable. The show took a few weeks to get themselves going right and it has never looked back.

What has Logue done that you hated? Always been a Logue fan. Tao of Steve is one of my favorite most underrated movies.

I really could take or leave Donal Logue until his role on Life. I really thought he was great in it and it led to me giving Terriers a chance despite the lame name. Although it's nothing like Shield I think that the same people that loved that show would end up liking Terriers if they gave it a few episodes.

Tao Of Steve is SPECIFICALLY why I hate him. Hated that movie.

...and that's it for currently on that I'm watching. Sunny and the League would league would likely top the list, but I don't have FX.

Seriously people watch Terriers. This last episode ended very much like the second to last Breaking Bad from this season. Next week is the finale so you won't have to read my pleas to watch this show much longer. This show has to be renewed, it absolutely has to.
