I'd take a hard look at both Porter and Haynes. IF, and it's a big if, Horn is 100 percent healthy, I'd sign him in a heartbeat.

Last I read the Bills are trying to trade Spikes but releasing him may be an option if a trade isn't worked out.

Whats going on with the Bills? They'll lose Clements, Spikes & Fletcher off their defense and trying to unload McGahee as well...are they just mailing it in this season? I have no idea who their other free agents are but sheesh.
