I don't know about all the details but from what I can see this is the 3rd account/accusation of DM, a case on Ohio and another in Fla and now this one? Am i correct? No charges in those 2 but why are these guys putting themselves in that position in the 1st place and also how come he's been accused more than once? I don't know just feels like this guy has some issues.

If it's 3 games that's about what I expected to happen, a cut in half.

I think the NFL probably expected that too and thus the high 6 games to begin with.

I could see how it would appear that way, but I became very skeptical after being involved with DV court in Eloy. My old boss had the defense contract there, and it was incredibly sad how dysfunctional almost every situation was. I have seen victims - both male and female - get railroaded because the aggressor was smarter than they were. Things like that.

I mean, we are talking about two specific cases here mostly, this and Dwash. I had and still have zero sympathy for Ray Rice. Over time my sympathy for Dwash has gone away too.

My main issue here actually is less with the victim (because Zeke is at minimum dysfunctional to some extent for keeping around someone who threatened to ruin his life) and more with the fact that the NFL seems to think it knows better than police and prosecutors. It is incredibly easy to prosecute misdemeanor DV case. Prosecution almost always wins, because they are generally non-jury trials and judges don't want to be the person to let someone off the hook that is a batterer.
The NFL isn't the only entity here. Where I work, say I just happened to be at a party or something where drugs were being sold outside and the cops come and arrest everyone in order to wort everything out. I have to report said arrest even if the entire time I was out back BSing and having a few beers completely oblivious and innocent to the drug dealing. I may be put on administrative leave and even if I'm cleared of any wrongdoing I can still be brought up on administrative charges and disciplined with the catch all "conduct unbecoming an officer" simply by being there.

So the one investigator who interview the alleged victim recommended no suspension.

And the NFL suspended anyways.

Unbelievable.

The NFLPA's lawsuit against the NFL in the Ezekiel Elliott case has been assigned to district judge Amos L. Mazzant, III in Sherman, TX.

He filed a lawsuit against the league even before the appeal decision.

Smart for his team to file in Texas before the league did in New York.

Doesn't matter. Texas hasn't been known to back players, either. If it were in other states, I'd agree, though...just not with this one.
