That throw was insane. Reminded me of a view I had in BMore when Warner did something similar with Quan. Amazing trust and throw in that situation.

Great game today. Kyler seemed entirely under control, particularly in pressure situations. The defense continues to overperform. Even with zero passrush. MHJ with a dominant game. Doing star level stuff. Budda was a rocket. Garrett is just developing into a really nice player and mcbride was freaking awesome. See what happens when you get the ball to your two stars in MHJ and mcbride?

And though running the ball was tough, Connor and even benson had some big ones. The oline has really seemingly gelled in pass pro. Surprising given the injuries.

Thought raillis and petzig called good games.

I personally think it has been great experience for Melton. Williams has been nice in the slot but needs to tackle better. This group needs a decent pass rush to be able to really see what they are.

I've seen enough of Williams, he's a good player.

Having Melton and Williams both so young, we can only hope we get something like the tandem of Bobby Taylor and Troy Vincent for the next 7-10 years.

The absolute best case scenario would be for Jones to be good too. Unlikely that all three end up being good players, but it would sure be awesome to have three good corners on their rookie contracts.

Fair enough, but the HC should have called time out and made sure everyone was aware of the situation and to be certain not to let anyone get behind them. On SNF at halftime they isolated one of the Bear defenders over the near the sidelines jawing with the DC fans just prior to the snap.
