I get the pessimism because after all, we are Cardinal fans lol. However, did you think we'd beat the Rams & 49ers the first time this season? Anything can happen & yes, you are 100% correct, we have to win the division to reach the playoffs. It all starts next week with Seattle & what makes me sick is all that ugly ass green that will be in our stadium.

It was like that for years, they'd win at our house & we'd beat them in the rain up there lol, until all that changed the last 3-4 years.

How did Cards lose this game? They out gained Vikes 406 to 273. Passing edge goes to Cards 252 to 205; outshined them on the ground 154 to 68. But they lost the sack race 5-1 and turnover race 2-1.

Still a good game though. We fought hard and I'm proud of the team overall.

Your favorite player though doesn't have a history of doing great in must win games. We won't be able to back into a playoff berth this year. I hope the team and Kyler show up next week. If they lose, I expect them to collapse for the rest of season.

Kyler will likely end his career as the second best QB in franchise history (statistically). That’s really good. If you want my hottest Kyler take it’s that Kyler hasn’t underachieved as a QB, he actually is overachieving based on his physical size.

I don’t cry about the refs like a lot of posters here but the phantom false start was unacceptable. It should have been 1st and goal at the 2-3 yard like and probably the game. We still butchered it but that was egregious.

Kyler just doesn’t have the deep ball anymore. He’s progressed well on the short and intermediate stuff but without downfield pressure it’s tough to win in 2024.

Its so weird as the first three years of his career he had arguably the best deep ball in the league.

That was terrible. But good teams overcome that. Mediocre/bad teams compound the issue… like we did.

Conner would've scored, game over. That call was the dagger, regardless of all the other mistakes. They called holding on us many times, I don't remember the Vikings getting called for one.

If you view his career thru the lens that he was over coached throughout his youth and maxed his frame and abilities early, it makes much more sense.
