    Money issue. IIRC, the merchandising contract requires "official apparel" to be worn on the sidelines. Nolan had to get a special exemption from the NFL and from Reebok.

    I would hope not. I though the reason that generally you don't want to play rookies as starters is because the game is faster and harder at this level. All the rooks have to do is mess up on a couple of big plays (especially someone like Peterson), and it could cost you a game or two.
