    Yes, think they have to waive him and if he is not claimed, either put him on IR or reach a settlement with him. If they don't he will raise a grievance via the NFLPA.

    I asked Colledge via Twitter a while back, how easy the change was, his reply was that it's tough - @DarynColledge71 How tough/easy is it to switch from right to left guard or vice versa? @mwanamatapa I think its tough, especially in the league.
