    I am not ignoring anything actually, the change was not working out, Skelton has had some good comeback wins in the past and he was just embarrassed by being yanked...motivation has a strange way of getting people focused...I just chose not to simply ignore that Lindley wasn't getting it done...

    Funny how the Sports Science video on Skelton compared him to Peyton Manning in a lot of categories, including accuracy...the coaches stated a number of times how they had to correct his footwork (always the answer it seems)...how was Fran Tarkenton's, Brett Favre's or John Elway's footwork...

    How could any coach, owner, GM watch this offense every week and think we have the pieces and the plan to make this work? Same post game "correct some things", "need to execute better", "guys kept fighting", "some bad breaks", "some missed throws", "some dropped balls", "some missed tackles"...

    Fast Break Offense

    I think constantly giving the defense a short field to work with would tire them out more than playng with a lead... the no huddle is the ONLY thing our offense has done that works ('works' in the RELATIVE context)
