    Was at the 3/4 game. The Upton homer was a line drive that was still rising as it passed the center field fence. WOW. Saw Maddox pitch today against the Rangers and he looked solid (3 ip, 1H). Padres have a rookie Chase Headley who looks like a stud. The NL West is gonna be fun this year...

    Game 5 was not the turning point

    Thats a cop-out. If the Suns were a championship caliber TEAM, they would have won Game 5. They were in control the whole game until late in the 4th quarter. The championship claiber team wearing black hit clutch shots and the purple guys didn't....PERIOD.

    What are you reading now?

    Bill Bryson's "The Life & Times of the Thunderbolt Kid". Really enjoyed this book. A lot of laugh out loud moments brought on by memories resurfaced. Hint: Remember the wax lips they passed off as candy?
