In a van...down by the river.
Up 3, on defense, less than .10 sec left....intentionally foul.

Are you paying attention D'Umbtoni?

Good game. Should be a helluva series.

NASHMAN Not a chance in hell, Lakers will get all the calls and well as some said don't think cleveland will need them but they will get the calls as well. The only way Denver and Orlando win games is by blowout fashion if its close you will see some crap calls that will result in FT's for Lakers or Cavs!

What do you know! Close game and a few questionable fouls to keep trotten Kobe to the line and allow the Lakers to win geesh the NBA is so rigged!

What do you know... close game, fouls 26 for both teams on the Lakers home court, free throw attempts 35 to 24 in favor of Denver, Kobe going to the line cause he drove and got real fouls, and Nashman out with yet another consiricy post proving that he has to be the biggest sheep in the land for watching and following a league he feels is rigged. :bang:

Nugs had only themselves to blame for the collapse in the final minute. Well, when Billups shot like this, they were already overachieving. They only got killed by timely 3s by Ariza and Fisher off double teaming Kobe, and the TO by Carter. They have a chance when Billups plays normal, the next 6 games.

By far not comparable to Waton stealing the ball from Nash from completely out of bound in the final seconds, without a call.:D

BTW, thanks for the A$FNs!:D

About the only QUESTIONABLE call in the last few minutes was the NON-CALL on the out of bounds on Chauncy's three pointer. It's kind of hard to have "questionable" calls when guys are grabbing and pulling a dude to make him shoot FTs instead of laying it up, or to try and get back in the game. Or, maybe you don't think hitting a guy with your hips is a foul.

Come on Nashman.

Was I dreaming when I thought the NBA did away with handchecks? Rockets were allowed to use two hands on Kobe many times.

So Carmelo can score, no shock there. Last night it seemed to me that the Noogs don't have the low post scoring that the Lakers do. Was I imagining?

It was a good game. Too bad Mark Jackson was doing commentary - his voice just grates on me ... ugh.

Judges also would have accepted:

"Insanity forced Nuggets to put Anthony Carter on Kobe in the 4th, stupid Karl."

There's going to be a brawl soon. Nene floored Fish. Someone on Denver got jacked up and ended up on the floor...
