just saying the Kings were up against it without an All-Star for four games and a possibly fixed elimination game. The fact they took that series to 7 down a man for 4 games and possibly against 8 men in another is nothing to sneeze at. As far as the Karl Malone thing, I know you're fond of using that as an excuse why the Lakers got the ever living snot kicked out of them in 2004 so I threw it in there to head you off at the pass just in case you threw out a "Peja wouldn't have made a difference".
Just saying, if that Game 6 was fixed I don't think you can accurately say anything about what that Kings team was or was not. Did they have their shot in Game 7? Absolutely. But if it's possible there would have never been a Game 7 (and it looked that way until the deluge of FTs in the fourth), they beat the Lakers, plain and simple.
a) fair enough.
b) wow, I agree with a lot of the above, but come on... you couldn't even type Kobe's name in there as part of the reason you guys are in this situation. Are you telling me he hasn't had a role in what's been a pretty disappointing series after being heavily favored Donald... are you in fact Kobe Bryant!?
