Ha, agreed. He's been awesome. I love how every time he gets the ball he drives to the rim and can get fouled, something we've been missing. The fact that he's 18 makes it even more exciting. I hope he gets plenty of minutes this year.

Will be interesting to see if Christmas gets a chance, he's a streaky shooter but can really score off the bench.

He is probably the only worthy invite to training camp other than Garrett who is a FA.

It also shows how little value Marshall has. Toronto signed him for 2 years for 758K per year. Marshall will make 2 mil this year alone.

I think Marshall's only value is essentially an expiring contract with team options after this coming season.

I like what McDonough did in the first round of the draft but I am disappointed he did not try to get another second round pick or two after all the scouting and tryouts.

So you're thinking we decline his 3rd year option this Summer before the season starts? That's when we'd have to do it. Same for the Morris bros. 4th year.

Sure, why not? Maybe that might even motivate him to play well giving him some additional trade value.

I wouldn't care if we did or not. It's just you'd be totally giving up on him and losing the asset for nothing. Well, not nothing, you of course get the cap space. I do get a little bit of a ****** thinking about going into 2015 with only Dragic, Bledsoe, Len, Goodwin and a stud 2014 draftee on the roster (there's a good chance we have another pick in the late teens from Minnesota too). Can you imagine drafting one of the best SFs coming out next year and then throwing all your money at Kevin Love? I'm fairly certain he's going to the Lakers but what if he didn't. What if we put our team in better position for '15 than the Lakers do.

Can you imagine winning the lottery in '14 and then adding Kevin Love and another good draft pick the following year? Sorry for the rosterbation, but man... Bledsoe-Goodwin-Wiggins-Love-Len with Dragic in the Ginobli role? I'd fly to Phoenix for the season opener and take everyone on this board and phxsuns.net to a game. LoL.

I think the Suns plan to keep the Morris brothers. In regard to Marshall, it may come down to, is there a cheaper option for Marshall or can he be traded (or included in a trade) before the Suns have to decide.

I guess if push comes to shove (and I have to decide), the Suns decline his third year option because he does fit the new uptempo Suns.

It would be nice to see a win tonight if only for the chance to match Goodwin against Bazemore in the finals. Bazemore pretty much shut down Porter in the first game. Nice way to end SL by seeing what Archie's really got.

Christmas is playing well against the Heat today. He should mimimally get a camp invite.

Marshall just does not have the speed to turn the corner on the baseline for passing or shooting.

I wish the Morris brothers could tell themselves apart. Markeiff needs to realize that it's Marcus that's making the three's, not him.

I haven't looked at the +/- but I'd suspect Marshall's is pretty bad. Actually, all the starters probably showed poorly in that stat. Our bench guys were on the court for most of the damage tonight.

Thanks to Tucker making big plays and stabilizing the team at the end of the game.

I don't think I could have handled the Heat winning the Summer League even though they are different players.

Significance of Garrett playing last four minutes of a game the Suns were clearly trying to win???
