I would take a Willie Cauley-Stein in return as insurance in case Len leaves.

I'd pull the trigger on this trade to move Knight. Insurance for Len or Chandler leaving is not a bad idea. Of course I'm all ears to consider any other asset that might accompany Gay.

That makes no sense for either side. Magic have their PG of the future, and Heat have their Center. Why would they ever entertain this trade is beyond me.

I was thinking the same thing. Maybe a third team gets involved.

Yeah, I think it was just an offer that one side made, not an almost done deal or anything like that. But I think that Orlando has serious doubts as to whether they have their PG of the future. A lot of people seem to think backup PG is his ceiling and while he puts up okay stats, his poor outside shooting puts a lot of pressure on the rest of the team. There's also a rumor suggesting Orlando is about to blow it all up although I think getting rid of Vucevic is a priority whether they try to compete or not.

Just checked the standings. The Suns have the 3rd worst record in the NBA with only a half game separating them from the Heat who are the 2nd worst team. The Nets are at the bottom.

I'm looking for something to make the Suns more exciting such as a trade.
