Better off silent
Would all this "resting" players be still happening if David Stern were still commissioner? Is Adam Silver a pushover?

That would be great. Their pay is already so over-inflated that sooner or later it has to come back to earth. Its eventually going to start costing the league, teams, and players money. If I am a network executive and paid big money for a TV contract, I am going to be livid when star players are not on the court during my prime time slots. I eager for one of the networks to sue the league for breech of contract.
A lot of things need to change about this. Back to back games, the length of the season, preseason, the draft lottery, and more.
Makes sense. I remember seeing NBA players at the old nightclub on camelback and 24th street (with the torches lit - was it called Empire?) both on nights before and after games.http://basketball.realgm.com/wireta...rization-Of-The-NBA-Has-Improved-Road-Records
Anybody see this article. Wow.

Westbrook just seems like a knucklehead in general. His confrontations on the court and with the media but he is a hell of a player. What do people think about Westbrook last night? For those who didn't see late 2nd quarter Curry is trying to get position on a jump ball and Semaj Christan and he start shoving, Westbrook jumps in at first to push Christan back but then he and Curry start shoving and Green jumps in and pushes Westbrook back. All of Curry, Westbrook and Christan got T's. The Warriors win the jump throw to Curry who hits a buzzer beater 3 to end the half and runs off the court celebrating.
Early 3rd quarter Curry is dribbling wtih the ball near halfcourt and Westbrook moves up, wraps his arms around him in a bearhug and essentially tries to tackle Curry. The refs call the foul, Curry has a puzzled look on his face, the announcers are wondering how it's not more than a foul since no way it's a basketball play.
later on he's guarding Curry off a screen and slams into the screener hooking him and then hitting Curry gets the foul. Shortly after Donovan took him out and never put him back in.
Game was a blowout so maybe he rested him but it sure seemed like Donovan was afraid Westbrook was taking it personally and he sat him to avoid him getting kicked out or suspended? Not that long ago he got a T for tackling Harrison Barnes trying to get at Seth Curry. He clearly does not like Curry, and Steph is clearly not opposed to pushing back and seems to be in Westbrooks head a bit now.
He is like Alex Len and Eric Bledsoe combined.InsideHoops.com NBA @InsideHoops
Sixers center Joel Embiid today had what the team calls minor arthroscopic surgery to address a meniscus tear in his left knee.
Lakers winning, perfect night.
Suns are probably gonna beat the HornetsWow! I didn't think they would win another game this season!
They play the Twolves two more times and also have a game left against the Kings, so I guess the Suns actually have a chance at the 2nd worst record.
Joakim Noah will be paying for testosterone ban even longer
SAN ANTONIO – The NBA announced Saturday morning Knicks center Joakim Noah is suspended 20 games for testing positive for a testosterone booster, Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator LGD-4033, in violation of the Anti-Drug Program.
I'm wondering what is the deal with the Timberwolves. They have tremendous talent but keep losing. This season will make 12 consecutive losing seasons. At some point a franchise needs to win.

I hear Thibbs is letting them play for a year to gauge the personnel and get another high pick for one more season. I think he's trying to change his Bulls' image to better connect with the young guys. They need to start winning soon though.
That is shameful. What is ANOTHER talented player going to do for them? Thibbs should be fired.
With that much young talent, they should not be in the lottery.
