Has the Notre Dame LB out for 2016 been picked yet?

I think Hogan from Stanford fits the system. BA had a little success with Stanford QB

Scooby Wright has been described as an average athlete however I have seen him play healthy. He was anything but average. He was all over the ball.

I have Ronald Blair rated highly, but I don't think he fits the Cards. Someone will get a player.

Mills has wild skills, but do they want another guy to watch closely?

Kevin Hogan would appear to be a good choice if the Cardinals draft a QB.

Not a returner based on college performance. He retd 2 punts for 13 yards as a junior, was not used as returner as senior. I couldn't find anyone who had him graded highly as a returner. He's an athlete, but he concerns me with really odd attitude the Cards seem to like.
