Some funny money being tossed around on RFA’s.

And this was supposed to be the off season where money was tight and teams would be selling first round picks.

Motley has been waived, this should mean another big will take his place.

I’m kind of hoping it’s not frank, however he is probably better than motley, but we need someone that can play D.

I would be happy with giving JJ Barea a chance too.

You called it first.

Probably means Saric is out for quite a while.

Yeah I heard that a few hundred times from someone that looked a lot like me. I don't know what the heck is going on?

There are a couple of extensions I couldn't figure out.

Why didn't the Magic let Jonathan Isaac become a RFA after a reported torn ACL.

Sort of the same thing with Luke Kennard and the Clippers. Let him play for a season.

Pelicans didn't extend Lonzo, so he'll be restricted next summer.

And it looks like Kawhi is going to opt out, so he's going to be a huge FA next summer as well.

I don't think so. Did you see the Dario interview yesterday? He indicated he thinks he will be back in a week or so.

I don't think Kawhi is going anywhere. He wants to be in LA.

I like that move for them. If Isaac returns healthy and goes on tear then they risk having to pay him more. They signed him for close to what another team would throw at him now.

It shows a lot of confidence in Jonathan's recovery for sure.

Since he won't play this upcoming season it's hard to see teams paying him more as a RFA. Of course NBA teams are giving players huge extension amounts. He may be as close to a potential star they have. Luke Kennard received 4 years, $64 million.

This Warriors team has a lot of baaaaaad players on it. Curry is going to have to go off this year for them to compete.

If I’m the Nets, there’s no way I trade for Harden. That team has two superstars and is FREAKING DEEP.

not enough balls to go around if they throw the beard in there.

also, I think GS is going to struggle more than I expected them to this year.

It looks like the Warriors haven't played basketball for awhile. Wiseman looks like a nice young player.

Maybe it's me but I have trouble adapting to the dark theme of the Nets court. It's a bit depressing to me.

Great to see Steve Nash and company.

Easy to see that Shaq is still jealous about Nash stealing two of his MVP's.

KD, as a superstar how difficult is it to play with a guy that really doesn't have a lot of coaching experience?

Shaq should have 4-5 MVP’s but he’s got no case in 06’ when Nash won his second. On a separate note he brings nothing to that show IMO.

No matter how you look at it though, Nash did his job. If Shaq finds fault in those awards, the target for his ire should be the voters not the little guy who balled his heart out. And if, IF, Nash shouldn't have won it in 2005 it's because Kobe deserved it over him, not Shaq.

Shaq was a lot like Wilt, he was easily the best player of his era when he chose to be but far too often he coasted. He'd still get his numbers but he didn't always dominate the game the way he was capable of doing.

And you're right, Shaq brings nothing to that show.
