Kendrick Perkins continues to embarass himself.

There was a running joke in the bay area about Kuminga having a growth spurt. It came from a pic from a weird angle of him and Poole that made him look much more than 4 inches taller than Poole. Warriors players were joking online he was 7 feet tall now and then Iggy one upped it saying I just had lunch with him, Bro is huge, 7 foot 2. It was all a joke.

Until Tue night when Perkins went on air, live on ESPN, and said his sources were telling him Kuminga had grown to 7 foot 2 and he was now covted by teams and the Warriors were hesitant to trade him. Eventually he found out the truth and tried to play it off as a joke saying I hate that app(Twitter) with smiley faces, but he was dead serious. he was implying a 20 year old NBA player had grown 7 inches in about 3 months since his season ended.

I love Perkins, but he does get in trouble with some takes.

it’s so perplexing how the Beale trade received bad reviews while others didnt. Perkins loves the Celtics getting Kristaps. People love the warriors getting cp3, which is awful for them imo, but understand you got to make moves before the draft to maintain some sort of flexibility. I think the best trade is Smart to the Grizz because he’s truly an upgrade over brooks. The Wiz with Jones should be a good more for them too, he should start there now.
The press has been crapping on teams that try and form superteams. The Suns are the new crap on darling for trying to do it. As much as fans love the fact that we finally have a owner with deep pockets? Except the national media to make us one of the default targets for media scrutiny.

The media takes shots at super teams but they love them too. If we rise, we'll be talked about glowingly and if we fall, we'll be trashed at every opportunity.

There is a portion that will always dump on franchise that build super teams though from the standpoint it's not fair to small market teams.

Agree. The irony is if you set aside contracts, Beal is HANDS DOWN the best, most impactful, player that changed teams.

A lot of buzz on him when he was drafted. I wonder if we would be willing to give him a look in camp?

I was thinking along those lines as well and he is only 22.

F it give Derrick rose a yell he’s now an unrestricted FA take him over Payne all day everyday!

38% shooter 5 points per game, less than 2 assists, can't defend a chair... misses 3 games out of 4.

What could go wrong?

Rose wouldn't beat out Saban Lee for a roster spot at this stage of his career, Payne is a superior player in every way imaginable.

Um Moriah Mills getting Zions name tatted on her face, disturbed me. This is some "thin line between love and hate" @MartinLawerence type stuff.

Payne struggles to stay healthy while Rose lost that battle many years ago and it doesn't seem to bother him that he can only suit up for 2-3 dozen games a season.

True but for a vet min contract if he wanted still better than Payne. Do everything you can to have him healthy at the end of the year. Payne just flat out isn’t worth his contract on this team where money could be used better… I’d literally rather watch Saban Lee than Payne at this point..
