I know you are all pretty pleased with free agency so far. I certainly am. What I like about these signings is that none of these guys are aging former stars looking to latch on to a team for a ring. They are either younger players or players in their primes who know how to play a role on a team. They are hungry, they ALL play defense, and they are all extremely hard workers. These signings are not just filling out spots, they represent JJ envisioning the type of team he wants and making it happen.

Ayton is the only player on this roster that does not seem highly motivated. I wonder how the atmosphere will impact him. I doubt these teammates will tolerate lack of effort much.

How do you do that? I wanted to change mine for a while and now I forgot what I wanted it to say but I'll remember eventually, maybe.
I have no idea. Changed mine ages ago. Maybe ask a moderator, yes.

It's a shame. I want Jock back. The Suns need tobe able to pivot to another 4/5 if they can't get him.
Either Jock or Frank the Tank!

Update: Seems Jock has signed with the Rock(ets). 4 years, 32 mill. Congrats, good luck and thanks for everything!

I imagine the Suns will add another point guard and FC on the cheap when the opportunity arises.

Of course, BPA rules if a plum falls from the tree.

Still no word on Craig? I'd imagine if he's retained then he'll probably get close to the max we can offer. We have lots options as our 5th starter now but I believe he'll be in the mix for that also.

It could be Craig, Okogie, Bates-Diop, Wantanabe, Metu, Payne, maybe even Eubanks. So there are options. I'd like to see another Center signed with Craig. I'd prefer Frank and would be ok with Biz.

I thought the turquoise unis were awful. The Suns are not turquoise. They seemed to always lose in them as well.
That part annoyed me! Every native person I worked with had one of those. I think they are good for outreach in AZ.

I read the Pistons and Kings are interested in Craig.

I am thinking we are done for now. JJ had an open spot all last season. He kept saying they needed the spot open for a trade. That's cool. It allows them some flex right now to see if our rookie needs to be on two way, or regular deal. Plus there's still guys out there worth a spot if we can snag them. Patience now, is in our favor.

Eric Gordon will sign with the Suns!

Free agent Eric Gordon has agreed to a deal with the Phoenix Suns, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium. Massive get for the Suns.

I wanted Denver to give its tax MLE to Eric Gordon. Instead they gave it to Reggie Jackson, who couldn’t get on the floor in the playoffs, and Gordon goes to their biggest rival in Phoenix. That’s a blow.

Shams: "Phoenix has turned into a destination this offseason: Gordon considered multiple contenders — including more lucrative deals — before committing to Suns to join a bolstered roster around Devin Booker, Kevin Durant and Bradley Beal."

Gordon turned down more lucrative offers to come to the Suns. It sounds like he could have been a starter on another contending team.

Eric Gordon took starter’s minutes on a contender at the vet min over (presumably) something closer to the midlevel for a lighter role. Phoenix gets the type of ring chaser (no shade!) they needed

The Suns roster is coming together nicely. I wouldn't mind another FC.

I have been reading so many people who like the Suns moves this offseason, and a lot would have a phrase like, "If the Suns could just get Eric Gordon....." Well, now we got Eric Gordon! A couple podcasts I watch were saying that, too. Monday podcasts should be fun!!
