I really hope they can keep Craig. Some of the new pickups (especially Bates-Diop) look promising, but some are going to be bench fodder. The Suns still lack quality depth.
Not agreeing. Have seen Eubanks, and he's solid. Watanabe has played with KD and knows how to play off him. The kid from SA is underrated. I think we got younger and more athletic. Biz, Okogie, and Craig were out most athletic guys off the bench last year. We just upped that a lot!

Well, now that the lakers signed Vincent, I think Schroeder may be coming here. Not sure I want him though.

When you look at that roster you have stars and high-motor role players. Every one of them except one player. There is only one player on that entire roster that does not fit in either category.
He ain’t gonna be on this team. I truly believe that because of exactly what you just pointed out.

I figure Saban Lee will occupy one of the 3 two-way spots.
IDK, isn't there a cap on that based on your years of service? I think it's mostly for younger guys. Maybe the guy from WA can fit since he's on his rookie contract?

Yeah, there is a rule but I saw some veterans on two-way contracts as well last season.

They are saying if one of the new Suns is a two way they have one roster spot left. If not, the Suns are already done.

Maybe Isaiah Todd can be converted to a 2 way contract? Maybe that's why JJ wanted him. Barely let go earlier in the day, so maybe JJ knew we were getting all these guys who are better than Bazely.

Jones didn't want him, Washington said if you are taking Goodwin you have to take this dude too, because we don't want him. Seriously look at his stats - worst player in the NBA. He sucked in the G-league, he's not worth a 2-way spot.

This is 15 without Saben Lee on a 2 way. Assuming we don't make any of these contracts 2 ways.

He hasn't been waived, so maybe we have to wait a period after a trade?

I really want Craig back and that should be 15. Dump Todd for Love and we're set. I'd take Frank in place of Love. I have a hard time believing Todd and/or Ish are on the opening day roster. Ish is likely the first casualty if we need to clear a spot for someone better and there is probably 300 NBA players that are unquestionably better.

If Ish stays, he's going to be my whipping boy all year. Some of you have Payne for that, Ish is worse.

We were 17th in 3 point attempts during the Regular season, we were dead last in attempts per game in the playoffs.

I suspect that is going number is going to be drastically different.
Seems like that's what we were going for. Perkins had a good piece on this last year and how we were too many middies.
