Well there was not hesitation in who they targeted.

i don't think any team got their card in faster than that in all of the draft I've seen. They must of called within 10 seconds.

I like the pick but what's the deal with him dropping? That concerns me slightly.

Great pick because if he is a bust, he is a 4th round bust, not a first or second round one. Let's hope this pans out because it could be the steal of the draft.

By the way Massie has an 85 grade from NFLN, the highest of the 4th round picks so far.

Of course both networks go to interviews and round tables instead of discussing our pick.

Hey, they didn't cut to a commercial like they usually do.

This is exactly why melting down after every round is crazy. It's not over players always fall and you just never know who it might be. Patience my friends.

The announcers on both networks seem to spend most of their time gabbing and doing commercials. I don't know why I watch. They should be talking about the players being drafted in real time.

Finally the NFL network talks about Massie in some length.

Mayock likes the fit and we'd have to agree. With Snyder coming after a good season at guard you've got to think that's where the Cards will play Snyder. Keith is out so Mayock is right when he says that Massie could get some playing time straight away at RT.

Cardinals selected Ole Miss OT Bobby Massie with the No. 112 overall pick in the 2012 NFL draft.

Considered a first-round sleeper by SI's Tony Pauline, Massie falls into the lap of a team with major questions at tackle. A mammoth 6-foot-6, 316 pounds, Massie has left tackle length with 35-inch arms. He currently lacks NFL strength, however, and has been criticized as stiff-bodied. Nevertheless, Massie is a high-upside pick for a club that hopes to one day rid itself of LT Levi Brown.
