If we continue to see the same Kolb we saw for the second half of the Dallas game, then I think that's the QB we need. He was accurate, poised, didn't make bad throws. The one thing that worries me about Skelton is the bad throws into coverage. I don't know if that can be coached out of him or not.
It's a shame we didn't get to see which Kolb we would see against an elite defense like San Fran. You have to hand it to Skelton though. He faced arguably the best defense in the league - and won. That was always the question with both of them. So you can beat the Rams, big deal. What happens when you face a truly elite defense? It's a completely different animal. So yeah, it's a shame we didn't get to see what Kolb would do - pick up where he left off against Dallas? Or revert back to bad habits?
