Yes, actually at first they wanted to pro-rate, but I told them I wanted a full refund and they gave it. The reason was I canceled it at the end of the previous season, and last year mid season I just but it on a NFL Ticket game wondering if I could buy it individually, and it was on. Turned out despite me calling in and cancelling they did not cancel it, charged me again, and I told them no way in hell I was paying for it when I canceled it last year.
