What’s your medium? Have you ever posted images of your work on ASFN?
Acrylic/oil on canvas and paint large, ranging mostly a size of around 6' to 10' ft. . For a lack of better description, I am a modern symbolist with a interest in color and pattern as it might relate to music. Think of the story (the painting's theme) as a libretto and the design as the symphony it correlates to. What I love about ASFN, is that we have so many people from different walks of life and we find a common bond being cursed by the Cardinals haha... now enough of this artsy fartsy stuff, this is about the draft damn it lol

This campaign is EXTREMELY stupid. No one calls Phoenix "Bird City", and there are multiple "Bird Cities" around the US.

Promoting Zaven Collins is absolutely hilarious.

EDIT: But not as hilarious as the replies to that tweet.

So True.

I'm dying laughing reading the comments. :biglaugh:

20 reps with 34”+ arms isn’t a red flag however Zion doing 32 reps with the same arm length is nuts.
it aint so much bad on Green as it is good on Zion... the kid is freakishly strong.

we face AD twice a season, who did 36 reps...we need freakishly strong.

Hudson, the only guy we have who manages him at all... did 27 reps with 32.5 arms

you have obviously never played on the line.

Did I miss the it where they rep 225lbs with only their arms? Max reps are not a measure of strength and pushing 225lb with just your arms and chest has zero football relevance. Unless we're drafting paraplegic linemen.

Strength is important. Bench press reps simply doesn't show it.

Nah. I'm not. And there's dozens of articles from fitness gurus saying the bench is crap and quotes from coaches saying they don't care about it.

Teams will take length over reps all day

This is wrong. Is it the ultimate determinant? No. But linemen need the chest and arm strength to direct dlinemen. Bench is probably the best measure thereof.

You missed a crucial point of your own article.

“When it comes to a lineman, on either side of the ball, length is typically more important than strength. A combination of the two, of course, is what NFL coaches, scouts and front office staff are looking for”

Yeah okay.

Not gonna measure ***** since you got a guru and all.

I'll just take my 50 years in the game, my certs, and my playing experience and go away.
You win.

Enjoy the draft.

I, for one, will be glad when today is over. No more mock drafts, no more speculation on who Keim will whiff on, no more Travel Channel hijacks (LOL couldn't resist). On to endless debate on Keim's picks, who he SHOULD have picked, if he should have traded up, if he should have traded down, MB still sucks, KM deserves the max, KM doesn't deserve the max, Gardeck will be a pro bowler this season and we will not miss CJ one iota.

ASFN, gotta love it :)
No more until next year

My best I could rep 225 8 times. I was pretty freaking strong. I was in Iraq lifting every day and getting rocketed all the freaking time.

I do 4*40 reps at 100 lb( curved barbell/curl) , i use it the same for biceps 4*10
I have only those weights at home
Im curios to know if i can do 225, but being just barely 190 lb i don't know
It would be a nice challenge for me but im not so fond on weighlifting
