Why, oh why is Silvino Bracho being brought up again. No, I'll rephrase that. Why, oh why, are the D-backs considering using Silvino Bracho again.

His body language on the mound is as weak as Byung Yung Kim's was and his results have never warranted him staying up long.

To make room on the 40-man roster, the #Dbacks have released Rubby De La Rosa.

Understandable, considering Rubby will be undergoing his 2nd Tommy John surgery and should not be tying up a spot on the 40-man roster.
