Still too early to tell where this years hawks team is, though beating both the mavs and suns is impressive.

Boston looks nasty so you are now definately knocked down one bracket from getting into the playoffs.

Unfortunately as a hawks fan you have to look at how it is out of the gates vs later on in the year because right now miami, chicago, and washington are big WTF factors as far as their performance out of the gates (all horrid). I would say hopefully those 3 teams and our suns team have a serious case of the nba version of the mondays (start of the week, start of the season).

*edit: And right now the freakin' brand-less clippers have the best record in the west, so in a couple weeks expect things to start changing.

Wade will have the "after surgery" factor, he wont be himself for a bit more, and when he does exert his old self, he'd probably risk missing some more games due to swelling and other post surgery effects within this season anyways.

I see HAWKS ahead of HEAT, thats one team Hawks just leap frogged.

- Hawks are trash
- That pick is top 10

Every year someone says the Hawks will be good and the always come back to earth. Sure say it every year and eventually you will be right. Some teams in the east got a little better so its not a given they will make the playoffs. They are a young team with alot of talent but they have to put it all together. We shall see.
