No one should criticize me for being supportive of the ONLY HC in Cardinal history to get us to a SB. As long as Whiz is still the coach coach at TN, then his final record isn't complete. Time will tell. Furthermore, I'm probably the biggest BA fan on this board. He's from my home town & went to the same HS my children attend. He comes back to York, PA on a regular basis to speak at various functions. I've met & spoke with him numerous times & consider him one of the best offensive minds in football. Trust me, Bruce is VERY frustrated with the inconsistency of this offense. He's a perfectionist & has stated that this offense is operating at less than 50% of his expectations. I'm sure he's stretching that a tad, but he's not happy about it.

I've seen so many awful HC's in watching this team for the past 50 years, that you'll have to forgive me for loving the few that have brought me some happiness.

I'm a Wiz guy also... thought he brought us to heights we've never seen and gave us incredible moments. That's not my issue with your thread. My issue was that your original post in that thread was "oh, what could have been", as if we would have been better off with Wiz, which we CLEARLY aren't. That's my beef with that thread (and your insistence on never going back to it).

Its no secret that I felt Graves was more to blame for the problems we had in Whiz's final couple years. With Keim, I still believe that Whiz would have returned this team to the heights he had them. That being said, I never once mentioned BA in that post. I never said that we were better off with Whiz. Once Whiz was let go, I was very happy with the BA hire. In hindsight, I think Whiz should have taken the Lions job, but the storyline in TN isn't complete yet. When the story is complete, I'll be back to either gloat or eat crow. Until then, there's no need. Also, how do you conclude that we are clearly better with BA? Until we get to a SB, that storyline isn't complete either. Are we a better regular season team under BA? Absolutely!!! But it won't mean anything until we win some playoff games.

I love how PA's threads always come back to Whisenhunt. Dude, you know the Titans have a message board too, right?

I've been a Cardinal fan longer than you've been alive.

Yeah, and your point being?

You don't see me slamming Arians and reminiscing about the Vince Tobin days because he took the Cardinals to the playoffs in 1998 do you? It's ridiculous.

My ONLY complaint about BA is his refusal to make changes in personnel, until forced to because of injuries. It seems to me and has seemed to me for about a month that we have to make changes at the OG position. And I'm sure if I know it then BASK DEFINITELY know it. Is BA just being stubborn or does he know that our two second year guards are nothing more than backups, and should be considered draft busts? I'm hoping the answer is stubborn.

If you don't agree with my opinion, fine. No need to direct me to a Titans forum. That's my point. The Cardinals offense has been ho-hum & that's BA's area of expertise.

there's no way Wiz was winning anything with the team as currently constructed. If you think he could win with Drew Stanton and half the entire defense missing, you're insane. completely insane.

HAHA if Arians offense has been "ho-hum" what in the world was Whisenhunt's offense during his tenure with the Cardinals? I'll give you a hint, it sucked and was predictable.

And when did Whiz go 8-1? :D It's sad you aren't enjoying these wins.

Oh and this "bad" offense besides being 8-1 is:

12th in the league in scoring
24th in the league in yards
13th in the league in passing yards and
29th in the league in rushing

Hardly seems like a "bad" offense to me.

With CP out, Arian's job with the O just got a lot harder. I believe that BA has the best offensive mind in football. I'm just not sure why it hasn't been clicking. After the way we finished last season, I thought for sure our O would be putting up 35 each week this year.

To many missed assignments in the run game. It has been OK but inconsistent.
Not having Dwyer has held them back. They need a little more power as a change of pace.

LMAO.. you try to defend yourself here... But abandoned the "Whiz wins first game, many more to come!"

Why not try living in THIS awesome moment?

Love the job he's done as HC, but he's called 3-4 bad games in a row now as the OC. Make no mistake, he IS the OC. What is it?

Not so. He has called us to a record of 8-1 so far, with the only loss being to Peyton Manning when he had a hot day. He was without our #1 QB that day, and lost his backup early in the third quarter. Even the third string guy had us within 4 points into the 4th quarter. He won today with his backup finishing the game. What more do you want from the guy.

BA likes to get a lot of production from his tight ends, but they have short changed him all year. He lost his complimentary back to Ellington, leaving Ellington pretty much alone to carry the workload. He has lost his starting QB twice now, maybe for the year this time, yet he is atop the entire NFC. Even when his starting QB came back, he couldn't make all the throws in at least two different games, and probably still was not able to make all of them today. What part of Good Job do you not recognize?

The freaking Cardinals are 8-1 in an injury riddles season. Are you dreaming kidding me starting this stupid thread! Some people just live miserable lives!

Some people would criticize Jesus for not making the lame man taller when he healed him.

I thought he was crazy the minute he passed on the Lions and took Tennessee instead. I mean sure I'd rather live in Tenn. than Detroit any day, but that choice was worse that his choices in QB's!

Who said I'm not enjoying 8-1?? The point I'm making is that once we get into crunch time, this O will not be able to get us to the next level. The NFL rules are stacked against the Offense. In order to get to the next level, you better be able to score. Currently, we're not able to do that.
