i think I might have said that to my dad and Ouchie walking out of the stadium on Sunday.

From what I can gather from your interactions with Ouchie is that no one was listening when you said that, so its OK.

Beanie getting microfracture surgery is concerning. I understand Russ's point but that is a surgery that seems to effect players more than others.

I don't know if Wells is done in AZ yet. The Cardinals have the option of picking Wells up for another season after this one, that is a pretty straight forward situation. We will know by next offseason what the Cardinals think of Wells.

I would like to see him come around. I think the consensus on the board towards Wells in accurate. Not great, but good/servicable.

missed 5 out of 36 games until now- 566 rushes with 4.1 average - 4 lost fumbles -
And Our local radio station all but called him the antichrist bust of all time today on the air. Talking about how many non 100 yard games he had- which is true- on sometimes 7 carries.

Yeah, that is crap. Far from a bust, but that shock jock has to say stupid things to keep his job. Why else would people listen to someone like that ?

Totally disagree with this. If your top two RBs in 2013 are injury risks (Wells and Williams are) then you really can't afford to carry a "change of pace" back who isn't very good at the running portion of the job. You have to have a competent 3rd RB who you can develop to start if the top two get injured and who can replace Wells in 2014 if the Cards decide not to re-sign him.

I personally would like Kenjon Barner due to his ability to return kicks, good speed, good running instincts, but Stefan Taylor out of Stanford would be more of a work horse back like Wells.

Taylor is one of those kids you like because he does all the little things. he blocks, he can catch the ball. he doesn't seem to fumble much. My one concern on him is he'll have had close to 800 carries by the time he leaves Stanford. He's a very tough inside runner so I would have some concerns he may be a bit overused?

But I do really like him not a high pick but a guy who always falls forward, runs downhill, doesn't waste a lot of steps he's decisive and he's been very durable at Stanford.

He's got more wiggle than Gerhart does too.
