Could start early. There are some coup de grace games going on today. A few on the road coaches may have to take a bus home.

Here are some thoughts about coaches...

1-Dirk Koetter would not be a terrible add for the Cardinals as an OC. Same with his OC Tom Monken. Bucs offense is electric even with Winston at QB.

2-Matt Campbell and Kingsbury should warrant consideration.

3-Todd Bowles is not a HC. He is an average DC option with ties to the organization.

4-Freddie Kitchens probably deserves an interview as well. Hard to argue how he has navigated the storm in Cleveland after both Haley and Hue getting fired. Compared to what Leftwich did here, it is impressive.

5-Jeremy Bates in NY also has done a good job with Darnold. Bringing in him and McCown is another viable OC/QBC option.

6-I do not think we are high profile enough for McCarthy. Not sure I love him anyways.

7-It is looking like Jags and Lions are standing pat. Dolphins and Redskins are a toss up. I think Adam Gase is a legit OC option as well. Tough to evaluate Gruden.

Disagree completely. While I want him gone too, the dude has handled this year with dignity and class. He's just not cut out to be a head coach.

Did you consider it classy when he repeatedly said that the game plan was perfect but the players didn’t execute?

I found it lacking in experience and perspective. Critical flaws of someone thrust into a leadership position before they're really ready for it.

If you can't instill a culture or establish an identity as a HC, you aren't going to last long. Wilks showed that you need to have a plan if you want to be successful, and he did not have a plan. It started with coaching staff hires, then on to scheme choices, roster evaluation, FA, the draft, installing the scheme, and in-season coaching. All areas were failures. Not all of it is his fault alone, but he obviously didn't know how to do what he wanted to do.

Keim needs to go also.

Anyone who would hire McCoy after he got fired from his last 2 jobs needs to go. There are more reasons, but that is enough to get fired.

Total organizational failure & it’s got to change ASAP for the sake of Rosen
