Beals NTC really didn’t allow us to make any moves.
The lack off assets was the bigger problem.
I don't think anyone was going to take his contract regardless.

no the biggest problem is the 55M a yr contract for a tweener guard on the wrong side of 30 circling the drainThe lack off assets was the bigger problem.

Thread title needs to be change to Depreciation
post #48, at this point I just wanted credit for the thread title change.
I think @Hoop Head should get credit for changing it to 'preciate in post #156 as well.
Appreciate or depreciate. Idc
Leave the man's family alone.

Bradley Beal 'Preciation Thread
I find it unlikely the Suns never asked him about the NTC. With all the rumors flying, Beal comes home every night and his wife asks, "Have you heard anything? Are we staying in Phoenix?" Night after night Brad just says, "I haven't heard anything yet." I know at some point my wife would say, "Either you are going to ask while you are at work, or I will ask! You want me to go down there to find out?" LOL!
I still find it semantics. There was probably a trade scenario where we did ask if he would go to that team. We asked his agent, which IS like asking Bradley, and he said no. Except semantics wise, they can say we didn't NOT ask Bradley, while thinking, we asked his agent, so technically we didn't ask Bradley directly. The reporters ask, did you ask Brdley? The answer is no. If they asked, did you ask his agent? the answer is Yes. It's all a game. You didn't ask the right question. HA HA!He controlled his movement though. It doesn't need to be a question that's asked. He has veto ability and his agent knows where he'd be ok going so there's no reason to involve Beal in a discussion.

winner winner chicken dinner - no convo needed at allI would guess the trade clause never mattered because we couldn’t find anyone willing to take him without heavy compensation that we couldn’t afford.
