Jesse is dark and freaky. Ramifications from last scene. Hank is huge question mark. Is Mike dead?

Why in the world would you ever believe Mike was alive? We watched his entire death on screen.

Plus, isn't it Mike who gets the bucket treatment at the beginning of Season 5a, episode 8?

Walter shot Mike, but did we actually see the dead body?

Last week “Breaking Bad” closed with Walter shooting Mike, and although it looked as if he was dying, unless you see a dead body on this show, you can’t make assumptions. For all purposes it looked as if Mike was gone, but he is one tricky guy, as fans already know. One thing for sure if Mike isn’t dead, he will hunt Walt down to shoot him as soon as he recuperates from the gun shot.

Yes. We saw Mike go down at the River, with Walt next to him, babbling about how he didn't need to kill him. Mike basically told Walt to **** so he could die in peace. Then the shot went wide and Mike's body went limp and fell over. Couldn't have been more clear that he was dead.

This show ain't Dallas, Dynasty or Melrose Place. Mike is dead.

My only contribution to this list on an awesome episode:

That Star Trek conversation could only have been written by the biggest pothead Trekkie geeks ever. I can only assume Vince Gilligan is the culprit, and this was an actual conversation that took place over a similar Hollywood-style bong between Gilligan and Chris Carter during the long, boring pre-production months in Vancouver when they were making the X-Files.

Boom. I'm a real fan.

apparently, this was something Gilligan threw out in the writer's room years ago as his idea for a Star Trek episode and they finally found a place for it.

that whole scene...all about Jesse but without him ever saying a word was incredible. Any time you can write an entire scene that says it all about a character's state of mind without the character not saying a word is top freaking notch.

I liked the garage scene... Well only the part where they closed the garage. I just thought it could have been better and more intense. I mean its the entire culmination of the show and was a little too underwhelming.

That Star Trek scene was 100% legit stoner-styled conversation...and better than the past six Star Trek films. :D

And the subject of the transporter killing, then creating replicas of people? Gilligan must be a hardcore Trekkie.

Sunday's Breaking Bad was dedicated to a teen who died of cancer—and turned down the chance to hear how it ends

Although the final moments of Sunday’s Breaking Bad left viewers with plenty of questions yet to be answered—chief among them whether Walter’s scheme to move the air fresheners will pay off, or just cost him another piece of his soul—one of the most immediate was the identity of one Kevin Cordasco, to whom the episode was dedicated. Well, The Hollywood Reporter has answered that, and it’s heartbreaking: Cordasco was a 16-year-old Breaking Bad fan who died in March, after a six-year battle with cancer. And as his father says in the article, Cordasco found inspiration (and finally, a good kind) in Walter’s own struggles with the disease: “There was something about the Walter White character … the way he took control of his illness, and his life, that really resonated with Kevin.” Eventually, Cordasco asked his godmother to use her industry connections to help him meet creator Vince Gilligan and the cast of the show he loved so much.

What’s more, as Gilligan related on the Breaking Bad Insiders podcast, he even offered to tell Cordasco how the show would end, so long as he kept it to himself. And yet Cordasco refused this cop-out, saying he wanted to find out along with everyone else. Which, given the circumstances, is incredibly sad—but also, suitably badass.

I'm finally getting around to watching this show and enjoying it. All I can say so far(3/4 through season 2 so far) is if this guy didn't have bad luck he'd have none.

@betsy_brandt: Tomorrow night on BrBa Marie does something that's going to make my twitter light up like a NASA control board. Watch and see.

Bet she whacks Hank. I have been waiting 4 1/2 seasons for Marie to kick some ass. Maybe she and Sis take over the operation.

When I first started watching this show I never really "pulled" for any character. In these past two episodes I have begun to root for Hank and Marie like I root for the Cardinals every Sunday. This show is simply the best that I have ever seen.

On a related note in case anyone missed this 14 years ago Aaron Paul was a contestant on the Price is Right, made it to the Showcase Showdown and overbid by $132. Crazy stuff. The link to the video is at the bottom of the story.

I don't see anything big Marie did and I'm still rooting for Walt. I hate Hank can't side with him on anything.
