thats fair

Why is every unit on the field inconsistant and failing at their assignments? worse in the NFl offense and Defense every unit?

Is it player talent level across the board? or Management?

How would jesus (or Bill Belicheck) do it?

I understand when Defensive coach's don't have a clue on offense but when an offensive coach has the worse offense Too?

can this be fixed with upgrading players? coaching staff? or do we need to hire a GM and give him the power he needs to Generally Manage?

Well, the good news is we've had people on this board who wanted to fire Whiz well before this season started. Look around the league. The best way to get better is to fire your head coach every time you follow up a couple of good years with a bad year.

We've got problems, it's a real comfort to know some people here have all the answers. Myself, I'm still struggling with the questions.

After a season like this, I want people on this board who want to fire Whiz.

I may not agree, but after a season like that, it is more than reasonable to want to read into things from a different perspective.

That season was a failure on a lot of levels. There was more bad things happening than good things happening for a vast majority of the time.

Excellent take Rugby.

Having fans calling for a previously successful coaches head and actually pointing out what they think went wrong and discussing it instead of just sitting back and accepting yet another 5-11 season because the beer was cold shows that Arizona finally has a real NFL football team.

Warner, more than any other player, "got" Marz's system of timing from the QB position. If anyone can teach it (other than Martz), it's likely him. But, to your point, I've met plenty of great players (in other sports) that couldn't translate what they did on the field to others (and on the flip side, I've met a lot of great coaches that weren't very good players). That's a trait that is too often taken for granted in some of the great athletes. Coaching is a lot different than playing.

If you are truly great at something, most times you do not make a good teacher at it.

The reason being you never had to sweat to learn it like the other folks

cool out

I'm gonna try to cool out and see where whiz takes this. His after thought is to evaluate coaching and preparartion.

Might be the end of twitter and segways in Flagstaff, god I hope so! Athletes can't walk where fans have too! never seen that in Browns camp as a kid watching Leroy Kelly. I would like to see and old school RB Like Kellly get a chance with Beanie and THT, We should rule the run with Grimm, but We don't even run! We rarely think about it anymore.

He needs to get an outside the Cardinal perspective, He can't see the forest cause the trees! again. but I'll seee what he does this week.

Right now He just blames the players! Who will excelland be in position to show their talents on other teams, like Matt Leinart, Cody Brown, Rggie Wells ect .

Hey man I was a great pilot and even greater instructor pilot. Some good coaches like Holtz never even played football. Instructing is an art. Some are naturally gifted at passing on knowledge and some are not. I think much to often we select coaches based on there former ability as a player. In particular with assistant coaches like a DL or Ol coach. One thing these coaches seem to all have in common is they are big and fat. I like innovative coaches who come with new ideas not just recycled ideas.

agree

I like innovation but please teach your students the fundementals of flying before they try a loop, either way.

Any good football team has the run game on autopilot. The Cards don't.

Any Good football team has tackling on autopilot the Cards don't.

We suck at the fundementals trying to force a forward pass 66% of the time.

We suck at tackiling trying to trick the QB 66% of the time.

Spencer may be the only decent educator/developer onthis team, most the coaches are still learning, not teaching!
