Does Petzing take no heat for his play calling in the 2nd half? Plus the oline looked bad again in the 2nd half and our left tackle continues to look horrible as well.

Also when do we talk about the defense is terrible going on two straight years.
Not just bad but actually not a NFL caliber defense from a HC who is supposedly defensive minded.
Are you reading the board? ALL of those things are happening. It’s just that there’s not “Defense fanboys” or “Petzing fanboys” who refuse to see reality so there’s not much back and forth there because obvious things are agreed on… except from the Kyler die/hards.

This was the perfect wake up game for both coaching staff and players. You have now seen your deficiencies in one of the most hostile environments to start season. Also you went up against probably the best QB you will face all season. Can you clean up the mistakes and engage that next gear to prove doubters wrong? Beat the damn Rams for once and show that you not basement dwellers anymore.

This is on the play design, why is MHJ the 3rd or 4th read instead of top 2 each play? Once Jonah went down you as a playcaller should know your QB doesn't have time to go through all progressions. But, yeah, anytime someone is that open you'd like to think the qb could find him
IMO it is called being able to read the defense. MHJ obviously had single man coverage with a safety over the top. K1 is looking off that safety perfectly all he has to do is come back to the man that is single covered and it's an easy TD. But again IMO he's worried about the rush and not reading the defense.

Bro…these guys can’t objectively watch Kyler play from their knees.

Nope, it's all on Kyler. Defense gives up 34, OC calls run after run with our slowest back, including on 3rd and long...but none of that really matters. Kyler didn't see a guy wide open on the opposite side of the field than his progression, while a defender was about to bury him. It's his fault. All of it
He’s a 6 year vet in the league. He should absolutely be seeing the field.
You act like he’s a Caleb Williams rookie out there.
If this was his rookie season, nobody would be on him. It’s his 6th year. He shouldn’t be watching the rush, which he obviously does.

This guy has basically stalked me since I joined the board. Guess I should have thrown Jeff Blake in there so he didn't get his panties in a twist
It’s pretty obvious what you did there. But go ahead and now be a coward about it. I mean, if you’re gonna throw that race-baiting trash out there, at least have the backbone to stand behind it.
