49ers are horrendous. How do you lose when you play a team who plays as putrid as we played with no offense at all and a D that has been on the field all day. What is wrong with our running game. Is it really all on McCoy? DJ looks tenative to me. He ran harder in the last drive but the 9ers had already conseeded.

It is because DJ isn't nearly as good as everyone thinks he is. He is a good back just nowhere near a great back...in fact he isn't really even a very good back.

I mean, honestly, this season is all about Rosen's development. It adds a strange layer of disappointment to this win, since he seemed to take a sizable step back. The fact that our first win is in October with us more or less out of the playoffs already doesn't help, either.

Also, for the sake of Rosen's development, Rishard Matthews better not walk out of the building on Tuesday without a contract.
