The tone was set early in this game by the refs not throwing flags against the Bills... we got down big early 17-0 because of it.

We finally start to get flowing & then we have the horrible FG snap returned for a TD (that should've never happened if the refs didn't miss 12 Bills on the field on 3rd & 1).

Then we go into full panic mode trying to force big plays & throw a bunch of INTs, fail to recover an easy fumble, blow chance after chance in the redzone that could've easily won us the game. It was a pathetic end to a game that was stacked against us from the start.

This team needs a shake-up... it starts with firing the special teams coach, long snapper & punter.

BA is a very good coach, he's proven that. But he's got an ego that's at least as big as he is. Belichick cheats much better than any coach in the league AND he coaches much better too. Arians simply isn't in his class. But we're overrated in large part because Bruce has found a way to mask a lot of our flaws.
So what you're saying is... we need to find a way to cheat... =D

The only bright spot is the nfc West has been looking like hot garbage. This division might be able to be won with 10 or 11 wins. We are definitely in hole though. This team needs to start thinking "how can we play good enough to make the playoffs" and forget about the SB. A SB appearance let alone victory is slim to none based on what we've seen so far this year. Crawl before you walk.

Tough day at the office. Two of those picks were on Palmer and the other two were on the receivers. Palmer is forcing throws because we were out of time and down two scores.

My issue with BA is that his offense is so complicated it takes a long time for the QB and WR's to get on the same page, if ever. When it's clicking it's unstoppable but when it's not it is horrible.

The gawd awful Bills put more offense points on Bowles (he who is revered here) coached team just ten days ago. Oh and the Bills only lost by 6 points.

Bills were a wounded animal fighting for their lives and they played like it, we got their best shot.

As some have posted we lost to the Pats because of the LS and he probably cost us this game.

The most disappointing thing to me was the run Defense, at times it disappeared and I have to think they got more than 200 yds on the ground, that's the embarrassing part of the game for me.

Bring on the LA Rams.

I can't wait to hear what all the sunshine pumpers have to say on Cardinals Talk about this. We cab have the commentary about "don't panic it's hard to win in this league " and all the people who have been seeing the issues unaddressed forever get shot down while the other fans say "BA is like Belichick X5. and Palmer is the best qb in the league so we are still on track for the SB"

I think you realistically have to start panicking after this game. This team has some glaring holes and has look uninspired in two games this season. We will come out next week and play 10x better I don't doubt that, but there is some very troubling signs with this team early in the season.

Yeah, a lot of fans are now calling us a bad team but that's as far off as the idea we're a super bowl contender. We've shown nothing yet, for all we know Buffalo is simply the better team. They lost two winnable games, one of them on the road. We only lost 1 winnable game but it was at home to a team missing its best players. On paper, their resume really wasn't a whole lot different than ours and that's without considering the fact we were traveling for the first time and playing in the dreaded Eastern A.M. time zone.

I think we can still do it. It's about the finish. Get back to me game 9. We should be set up and ready for a run.

Rams will come to play and their defense is good. Cardinals can easily be 1-3. I dare say the season hinges on this game. A loss to the shitshow Rams at home and this season and window may be over.

This smooth over didn't work for me. We looked like a 40 person deep vw beetle clown car today.

It might not be full panic mode yet but if we lose the to the Lambs/Shams it will be. 1 and 3 and this team could fold emotionally and just go thru the motions.

Personally I didn't have my expectations on wining a SB even tho it would be amazing. I've always believed our chance to win a ring with CP under center would be slim even with having all then other pieces to the team. Not that CP can't play good and it's not as if a worse qb has never won one, but CP is just too inconsistent and can't play well in big games.

Depleted patriots no win. Spanked by the bills?

No lesson will be learned. Arians will run tecmo on the Rams.

Doesn't matter if we win every game after such a game, after 8 such games we would only be 8-8 and the season isn't getting easier ... it's going to get harder and harder ... but still ... if the team gets the head straight we could go to the postseason but a 1-2 start isn't easy to overcome.

Probably we need now 9-10 wins for postseason and homefield ... forget that idea. SB contender? Forget that idea. We can hope to make the poststeason, the seahawks look okay again, they destroy the 49ers.

To be fair a depleted Patriots team could probably win the SB and this makes Brady look more and more like a system QB. Patriots are winning the SB most likely, we are not on that level yet. But losing to a hapless Bills team without a win, without their best offensive player, and turmoil within the coaching staff 2 games into the season is an absolute joke.

I don't think it was a smooth over but okay. But was it really any different than how we looked against mediocre competition in preseason or at the close of last season against a crippled GB team or against the Seahawks or against Carolina. My point was not that all is roses, it's that we are not a great team and expecting greatness from them is likely going to lead to misery. Really, I'm confused as to why so few of you didn't expect this loss or are writing it off as unprepared or unmotivated.

Personally, I just don't think we're all that talented (slightly better than middle of the pack) and more importantly, I don't believe we have the right talent for our coaching staff. I love the passing game in general but without a backup and with an aging QB like Palmer, I'd rather see us concentrate on making the most of our impressive stable of backs.

I doubt it. We played very poorly and it took a missed field goal at the end of the game for the Patriots to walk away as the winner. I think Denver would handle them easily, any good defense would. And I also think you're overstating the situation in Buffalo. When the final season dust settles, they'll probably be like us. IMO, they'll win somewhere between 7 and 10 games - nothing special but nowhere near the bottom of the pile.

The Steelers got punked by the Eagles today with a QB & HC & OC that are all rookies. Guess they can kiss the chance of playing in the SB goodbye.

I think this team is more talented that AzStevenCal does but obviously we have some flaws that need to be fixed.

Oh, and Cooper had another good game so the glaring hole at CB #2 appears to be fixed.

Maybe BA shouldn't have had 3 Dlineman inactive today because they needed some help today.

My money is on a win and a Seattle loss in NY. Back on top of the NFC west after next week.
