I think we get our butts handed to us for 2 reasons -

1. Levi Brown - Dude has given up 1 sack and 1 penalty in every game so far this season. 4 Sacks and 4 penalties in 4 games is even bad for Levi. Now he gets to face the better pass rushing DL in the NFL that has Kerney coming back this week. And one of the loudest domes in the NFL. Horrible matchup.

2. Their WR's are on a tear to start the season and that is with HasselB. not starting most the year. We are 32nd in the NFL for a reason and it wont get any better this week. Again another horrible matchup.

35 to 16 Seattle wins.

I am a Debbie Downer this week.

As muuch as it sucks to admit, the Cards just don't line up well against the Seahawks..

That said I will be at the game representing in full out Cards gear, hopefully good Karma will come (It will be my first Cards game live, I am STOKED)

have fun - qwest is a great environment on gameday

hopefully you are able to avoid the smattering of drunken dopes who are present in all stadiums and have as good of a time as one can have during a loss :D

I do think one of the following will happen...

A pick 6 by Rolle or a forced fumble by Dockett and a Dansby recovery for a TD

It'd be nice if both happened.

I just think this is the type of game where the defense is going to step up, sort of like the Carolina game in the playoffs. Whether the offense performs or not is my worry.

When is the last time a game was decided by a late Neil Rackers FG(or miss)? I think thats what we will see this weekend.

If the Cards can get pressure on Hass they will win a close one 27-24.
If they can't they don't deserve to win against that thrown together injury riddled line.

I know you don't have to be a koolaid drinker or a raging optimist to be a CARDINALS fan these days but there were a ton of CARDS fans that thought we would'nt come out with a win and be on our way to winning the division this season IF we can stay healthy for the distance AGAIN!

This explains I guess why we did'nt have too many posts last week on the hopefull side and the CARDINALS buzzard fans (and you know who you are) were circling the message board waiting to jump on everyone from the head coach on Down.

We went in and Everyone did their job with too many drive stopping penalties 4 offensive lineman had at least one called on them and only Reggie Wells did'nt.So you figure out who else did.lol

This week it will be the majority picking the giants to win at home but I know we played them tough at the NEST last year and if we can find a way to stop that awesome kickoff returnman from giving the giants great field position everytime this year.We have a very good chance and I mean a very good chance of keeping it close if not shock the World stuff.

I think the Colts as a team are matched up to beat us way better than a team like the giants.Even the eagles got beat by the raiders this week.Whats going on with the world. The eagles lost a few players I read.

The Bengals lost the league leader in sacks for the season. So you have to stay healthy to go anywhere.Eli and his ankle are bothering him and he can't lie about it.We match strength against strength next week on Sunday night.I can't wait.

I was much more worried about stopping the passing game of Peyton against our pass defenders without a rush.Seems we may have found a new way to rush the passer with even Wilson timing his stunts and getting on top too.:D

Its okay if you don't feel as positive as I do.I just think the Bye came at a good time.Right before the meat of our schedule and we can still win without 100 yards a game rushing.Just as long as we try and run clock is all that matters.Maybe by playoff time Beanie and the O-Line may wake up.I'm a believer.:DFitz is heating up.He's had a very slow start this season.Once he gets going,so does the team.

3 keys to beating the Gmen:

1) protect Warner because these guys have the edge rushers much like Indy

2) be ready for play action. No peeking in the backfield

3) pressure!!! We have to get hits on Manning or we will torched thru the air

If we win 2 of those we have a chance
If we win 3 we WILL WIN!!!
If we achieve 1 or less we will lose, no doubt

Go Big Red

Indy had 2 better pass rushers. Not just one.The giants DE's don't have that much speed.

We stop the run on our way to the quarterback. At least we are mixing up the ways we do it.Iwebema had his first game back and he got a sack today.

Berry is up to 3 to lead the team and its spread out between everyone with Haggans having 2 and Okeafor 2.We just need to get Wilson back to being the threat he can be.I think we will.

Manning will get his for sure.

Our biggest threat is the same one we did'nt stop last season and its the return man.The saints could'nt stop him either. He must be stopped this time.Hixon is awesome. No short fields like we GAVE them last year.

All of our CB are adding good tackling totals. No one person is the major leader of tackles on our team at all.The giants have one MLB that dominates the team in tackles.WE take him out and we do what the saints did today.
