They're looking to trade or release him and he could really help the D. Good player.

He was good when he was here before. If I remember correctly he did a really good job till he got injured.

1. Will be 34 once August.
2. At his age and ability what can he do when he is no longer rushing the passer with the best pass rusher in all of football rushing the passer opposite of him?
3. Not sure I want to send over a draft pick for a 1 year rent a player.
4. Over 4 mill cap hit.

Now if he is cut and he is willing to sign for 1 to 2 mill, then sure why not. Put Will Davis on the PS and go 5 deep at OLB with Haggans, Okeafer, Berry, Brown, and Ellis for a year.

He's unhappy and has been whining to be traded for two years. Don't want another whiner, especially an aging one.

If its a new contract and not his current I'm all for it. But for no more than 1.5 to 2 mill a year. Maybe even an incentive laden contract.

If we traded for him, if that wouldn't make our pass rushing corps the oldest in the NFL, it'd be damn near the top.

again, I would much rather see the Cardinals go after Roy Williams if they can sign the Ex-Cowboy safety to a inexpensive deal and use him primarly at the LB position as a pass rush specialist...dude can't cover but he can wreck havoc in the backfield and can stuff the run

He already signed with the Bengals.

He constantly complains about his role, salary and really threw a fit when the Cowboys switched to a 3-4 defense. There's no reason to bring him in. He's basically a ill-content, more expensive version of Bertrand Berry.
