Carolina... Just a feeling, really. I think that the Rams come into this game over-confident, and Marc Bulger throws a bunch of picks. I still think that you can run right at the Rams D, too, and that's what Stephen Davis is all about.

I think the game will be reminiscent of the Giants-Bills Super Bowl.
The Panthers will use their physical D to keep Faulk in the pocket as a blocker and throw off the timing patterns of the Rams. Their slow, plodding offense (except for the "Mushin, PLEASE catch the ball!" passes that Delhomme likes to throw 4-5 times a game) will keep the Rams offense off the field for long stretches of time.
