I think we're OK this week
There's a link to "todays radio program" on the Cardinal's official website (top of page). I clicked it. The audio immediately started to play - I'm listening to what sounds like a pregame highlights show 1½ prior to gametime.

The link to the game audio on the nfl.com score page is up and operational.
I paid the money a week ago. Apparently, RealAudio "remembers" my log in stuff, because all I had to do to get the audio stream to play was to click the link. (i.e. no log in procedure, user name or password was required).
One word of caution - during the commercial breaks there's "dead air" and you might think that the link was broken. Just be patient, go get a beer, read a good book etc. When the break is over, the silence ends and program commences.

KFMB 760 just announced that tonight's game coverage would begin after the news... sometime within the hour, I guess.
