Have you drafted up a correspondence to let the Pottsville mayor and council members know that we (Cards fans that will participate) acknowledge the rightful championship of the Maroons?

I think it has to be a legal document, as much as it can be in e-form, then e-signed by the particiapnts and sent to the correct parties in Pottsville, Tagliabue, and Mr. Bidwill.

I think if we get the legal letter out of the way first, it may be easier. If a trophy is still needed, then we can addresss that when the time comes.

Well, unfortunately as supporters of this team, we are stuck with these losers for the long term, so we may as well do what we can to avoid this pain in the future. When this team wins a championship I really hope I remember how crappy these days are.

i know i've said i'd get on this EVERY YEAR SINCE 2003 (can't believe this thread was started in 2003 . . . what the hell does THAT say?), but can i ignore tonight? can any of us? there was close to $400 total pledged (w/o poo's insane pledge). i have a friend who worked for the company that makes the heisman trophy. i'm going to ask her about having a trophy made, or if she knows anyone that can find us a pic of the '25 trophy.

There is no need, there is no curse, it's just a game, the team making the crucial plays won the game.

uh, yeah, that's what we want to do - we want to make the curse somehow WORSE.
