Innocent until proven guilty! it's in the Constitution, read about it.

Are you in a court of law? Neither are we. Under the law a person is considered innocent until proven guilty but that has absolutely no bearing on whether or not a person is innocent. And it has no bearing in the court of public opinion. Here, let's do an honesty check. If this situation involved someone that played for the Cardinals (or the Seahawks) would you still be insisting he's innocent? Don't bother answering, every person here already knows the answer to that question.

BTW I see the thread you guys have going on about Manning to the 49ers.

Someone mentioned that Colts should ask for Patrick Willis AND Justin or Aldon Smith plus a 1st round.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA WTF are you smoking, dude? I wouldn't even trade Patrick Willis for Andrew Luck straight up. have you ever seen a team traded away a perrenial Pro Bowler in his prime for an unproven draft pick. Draft picks, at the end of the day, are hit or miss, it's not guaranteed! Remember how Leinart was gonna save you guys? or Bradford saving the Rams? Newton was a beast a the Panthers still sucked. The Colts would still suck with Andrew Luck.

Trade Patrick Wllis for Andrew Luck, HA! Man, Harbaugh would spit in fools' faces even if they asked for Aldon. Justin Smith, maybe, only because his contract is almost up and he's getting up there in age. Justin Smith is a MONSTER though!

We must be very bored to talk nonsense with this....I won't go there. Funny how he bypasses every good point and continues, total 40winer! It's like throwing rocks at a dead animal to see if it still moves, this varmint survives like a cockroach, common sense does not stop him.

He won't be traded. That's the one main idea. He's either kept and paid, or released and the money is saved.

Giants shut down another elite QB. But yea, Alex Smith sucks cuz he scored two TDs and no TO with scrub wrs in the NFCCG....jealous ass Cards fans.

Matt Ryan, Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady all suck too then.

It's all about Skelton & Kolb...dream pair right there

I would take either before I took Alex Smith.

Please stop pimping Alex Smith. Nobody here gives a sheeit.

No one is pimping him. It's the damn fact. He played the best out of all those QBs ahead of him vs. the Giants.

Tom Brady looked like a major ****** today. He spotted NY 9 points with his first throw of the game.

But yea, Kevin Kolb is the best. He deserves that 3 trillion dollar a year that he's stealing...oops I mean making.

They already set up check points leaving the stadium for the fans after the preseason brawl, right? So it won't be that hard setting one up outside the players' parking lot too...

You wouldn't make it onto the jury panel with that attitude, guaranteed!

Meanwhile the media is just now announcing a 2nd 49er DL who had a DUI incident, Ray McDonald.

Some fans get that its only a game. Just not in SF, apparently...

Little kids talking **** to you on Twitter are not "death threats". Get over it. Cundiff did not **** up TWICE like KW did so it's understandable that Niner fans were angrier.

Let's not stray away from the main topic here, the 2012 AZ Cardinals, are you guys ready for another season of futility?

Early Doucet better not re-sign if he doesn't want to get his ass beat by Dashon Goldson again.

Doesnt matter. Kickers are regularly considered "goats" when they miss big moment kicks. Ravens fans, coaches, and teammates have been rather classy.

However, consistent with the status quo (which you perpetuate with every post), the overall response from 9er fans with regards to Kyle Williams' fumbles has been extremely classless and inhumane.

Let's turn this around to the 2012 49ers. Are you ready for a drastic drop off? Unless your organization can make upgrades on offense, including QB and WR, I don't see another 13 win season, but rather, 13 wins in two consecutive seasons.

Early Doucet better not re-sign if he doesn't want to get his ass beat by Dashon Goldson again.

Perhaps the 49ers should sign Early Doucet. He'd automatically be the #1 WR on the roster.

Our offense scored more points than the Patriots and Packers did in the playoffs.

New England L
Vikings L
Packers L
New york Jets W
Lions L
Miami Dolphins L
Buffalo Bills W
Eagles L
Bears L
Falcons L

49ERS L L
Rams W L
Seahawks W L

Looks like a 4-12 Season to me. No way you win more than 7 games with that schedule.

Face the reality.

U MAD CUZ I POSTED A FACT?

No, I just can't stand sore losers that bring out meaningless facts to make them feel more secure about their team's failure to win.

You lost.

Period.

End of story.

Bring on next season.

It was my rebuttal to the "49ers offense sucks" comment. Deal with it..

Wow. That's amazing! You should have T-shirts made up. There should be a parade down Market Street for that accomplishment. You guys were the highest scoring losers. The best of the worst in the post season. Let us all know when the commemorative coins will be released.

Can't wait for the reunion in 2022 when Alex Smith and the boys get back together and reminisce about the great season when they outscored the mighty Green Bay and New England teams and almost won two playoff games in the same season. Gosh that's gonna be fun!
