Of all the videos ive seen, absolutely nothing looks good to me about this guy. I see no burst, no power, no speed, and his vision is questioned. He has the same level of balance as beanie wells to boot. This was another wasted RB pick no doubt.

I do not see a 'bruiser' component in Johnson but he is by no means lacking in being physical and seems to be more of a slasher type with the ball and he has that deceptive speed a lot of long striders have. He does not have a quick burst to the hole but he does have quick lateral movement in his cuts... if our line is improved as we hope after the recent additions, Johnson and Ellington should have a good season. The biggest thing about Johnson is how he will adapt to pass protection, that is probably the hardest thing for a back to adjust to once they enter the pros in my opinion

So true about the pass protection. If he isn't blocking, I don't see Arians keeping out there alot.

beanie wells in the third would have been a decent pick, he just wasnt good for a first.

A rookie beanie would be a great compliment to ellington.
