I'm comfortable that he's biased and there's draft mind games being played - from one tall play making guard to another, Magic Johnson is drafting Ball, period (surely?).

But if Jackson and Ball are both gone I'm strongly leaning Isaac at this point as there's no guarantee that Tatum will be much better than Warren, and if that's the case then why bother? Swing for the fences in other words (my exact words with Thon Maker at #13 last year).
I am leaning toward Tatum over Isaac. Tatum is the safe pick in that he has all the NBA tools. Safe picks surprise as much as home run types of picks. Nash and Booker were both safe picks. I wish I could have seen the workouts though. That could have changed mind.

Fox is going to be a fantastic NBA PG. The only reason I'm not pushing for the Suns to draft him more is because McDonough gave the pledge of allegiance to Bledsoe.

McDonough, please be bluffing.

The more I think it over and the more research I do, the more I like Fox. He would be my choice, but only if the Suns also have a plan in place to move Bledsoe.

I really like Fox's makeup and his defense but his offense reminds me quite a bit of a left handed Doc Rivers. Very good player but never great because of his shot.

Yeah right now, Fox is my preference at #4. Jackson is the guy right after.

I believe Fox when he says that he's not as bad a 3pt shooter as was in this one year and that he was just off. I think he can be a 35% shooter in NBA in no time.

Fox has such a nice soft shot it's hard for me to believed it cannot be fixed from 3 point range. He already has a nice mid-range shot and he can get to the rim almost at will. Partner this with good defense and PG skills, there is a lot to like.

If the Suns wanted to draft and keep a PG, there would not be any hesitation on my part.

Still the Suns may draft and trade him.

I'm warming up to Fox as well. Fox, Jackson are my current 1 and 2.

If we pick Fox we need to move Bledsoe for a quality player who can add stability, but he does not have to be in his early twenties, like our young core of Fox, Booker plus Chriss, Warren, Bender, Ulis.

Drafting Jackson leaves us to keep Bledsoe but you have to worry about his knees and his next contract. I don't like that McD gives promises. Rule 1 is get best player available. Rule 2 is work out roles on the team. Good well liked players get traded all the time. We traded Nash and Finley for instance.

I think Fox can be an impact player... a star quality player that can carry a team in time. Those are hard to find.

If the Suns draft Fox, I think they should have a trade in place for Bledsoe as well.

Or Lonzo Ball. But I think that only happens if a team trades up for Jackson and finds a trade partner in the Lakers.
