This defense has kept the other teams scoreless in 5 out of 9 games... in the forth quarter.

This defense scored as many points as it gave up today against the Rams.

6 sacks!! That's not counting all the knock downs. We kept them scoreless the entire second half.

These guys are insane!!!!!!!!!

Our linebackers need an infusion of talent.

But our D Line is ridiculous. Campbell, Williams, Rucker, TaAmu, Stinson, Kelly, Martin, and oh yeah, Dockett? That's the deepest group around, with a perfect mix of veteran experience and youth.

The secondary? Crazy? Peterson, Cromartie, Mathieu, Jefferson, Buccannon, Bethel, Powers.... A ton of serious talent. Teams keep firing away at them because they can't run at all, so they give up one or two long plays per game, making their yardage stats look bad. But they give up very few points and take the ball away at an alarming rate. Also a very nice mix of experience and youth.

This D is crazified. All that stands between us and legendary status is our OG's and LB's.

Other than a poor showing from San Diego in week one, we've only played one good QB and he torched us. Don't get too cocky, because I'm sure Stafford's going to open us up if we aren't able to keep him off the field.

I noticed they were playing Stinson at LB a lot yesterday. One play late he had a chance for a pick 6 but I don't think he ever saw the ball but it looked like Bowles was using him like Pittsburgh uses Harrison both on the line and in drop back.

I guess you don't see Foles as a good QB? And Stafford is a different QB on the road than he is at home. Detroit's offense doesn't scare me. They don't have a running game to speak of and everything about their passing game is stretching the field. Totally one dimensional. With all of their passing talent, they're still 24th in the league in offensive scoring. Also, 9 weeks in and Stafford has been sacked 27 times so their line is suspect even more than ours. No, I'm more afraid of their defense who is #1 in both yards and scoring. That's the tough nut to crack.
