Webb going 8 innings giving the bullpen some rest tonight was huge.

Diamondbacks win 10-4. Going for the series win tomorrow. Props to Webb and the team for coming back after last night.

Diamondbacks win 5-4 and take 3 of 4 from the Rockies. Counsell, Cintron and Clayton all came up with huge hits. Do we call them the C-Force?
Props also to Estes who pitched extremely well in Coors Field. I wonder if Lyon is hurting a little bit? I was feeling a little nervous with Bruney in the 9th.

Wasn't Lyon used 3 straight days? Probably wasn't a good idea, so I would guess Melvin wanted to give him a bit more time to heal.

As far as Bruney, certainly nervous today, but I think if needed, he can get the job done.

Bravos take 2/3 from the Dodgers. DBacks are now in sole possesion of 1st place in the NL West.

pretty damn impressed with this club so far this year - who would have thought 1/4 of the way through the season we'd be in first place? With a weak division and no Barry, I can see us keeping this up and actually getting back into the playoffs - this one season after being one of the worst teams of all time.
