Here's how I see it(Top 10):
-Browns: Darnold, QB
-Giants: Barkley, RB(Giants are in the catbird seat here and could find a possible trade partner in Buffalo with Buffalo having 2 1st round picks in their pocket)
-Jets: Rosen, QB(Jets are on their yearly QB need but it might be hard to pass Chubb up)
-Browns: Chubb, DE(Cleveland could also be a trade partner with Buffalo but they'd be foolish not to take Chubb here)
-Broncos: Allen, QB or which of Darnold or Rosen is available
-Colts: Mayfield, QB(This is my surprise top 10 pick if Andrew Luck remains a huge question mark. However, if Chubb falls, they'll take him, they have to)
-Bucs: Fitzpatrick, S(Bucs need defense and Fitzpatrick is a beast safety. They could trade back though)
-Bears: Nelson, G(Bears need an interior lineman and Nelson could be their guy here or they might go WR and Ridley here too)
-49ers: Ward, CB(9ers need someone to compliment Sherman and CB is a need of theirs)
-Raiders: Williams, T(The Raiders tend to be reachers unless it's a sure thing like Mack. They have several needs and tackle is the biggest IMO. They could trade down with us if the QB's start to thin out)
My list is by no means scientific but it's no worse than others.
