Ugh. Travis's feet torn apart...But he can catch a fast teenager who had twenty feet on him. How did his feet get that way in the first place?

Dad and daughter trying to escape in the middle of the day in front of everyone. Ugh.

Chris and Travis wanting to leave the group. Ugh.

Celia leaving the keys in the lock. Ugh.

Old man setting house on fire and it immediately engulfs. Ugh.

Nick running around with guts all over and is in love with Celia. Ugh.

I am so rooting for this show, but now I just watch it to see if it can be as bad as I think it will be. It supersedes with flying colors.

Also:
It was nice of the walkers to get out of the way despite blocking the road in the previous while they were escaping by truck.

This group seems much more mentally unstable than the TWD group this early on.

They think the boat is still going to be there? Weren't they being chased by the Mexican Army/paramilitary group when they were coming to shore? And they still think the boat is going to be there? Seriously?

This show missed a great opportunity for mayhem with the fire, flaming walkers and the escape. Instead they escape by truck, the group is splintered because people are going crazy and the walkers split the road to let the truck by without incident.

Pure stupidity that nick is ok to slaughter walkers and paint himself red, but has an issue with killing the "family members" of people he doesn't know at all. If they were going to go down this arc with him, he should have been a more hesitant walker slayer in the past.

Knowing this show's predictability:
Celia is going to somehow be alive. Factions will be formed to hunt down those responsible for burning down the compound. Junkie Depp will be torn between his new found revelations and his love for family. Ultimately, saving his family, turning on Celia and them getting back on Gilligan's boat for another 3 hour tour.

That episode had so much potential and failed. I'm still confused at some timeline issues throughout the episode.

They could have thrown some sort of bone out there, I didn't know there was going to be a three month break and I feel they left next to nothing to be discussed beyond the obvious until it's back.

I guess I'll have to give preacher a shot next time we watch a show

'Fear the Walking Dead' actor Frank Dillane arrested after fight

http://www.msn.com/en-us/tv/celebri...ne-arrested-after-fight/ar-BBtpYIF?li=BBnb7Kz

“Fear the Walking Dead” actor Frank Dillane was arrested after a fight with a security guard on the CBS lot in Los Angeles, police said.

The 25-year-old, who plays drug addict Nick Clark on the West Coast-based “Walking Dead” spinoff, allegedly struck the guard Sunday night while trying to access the studio grounds.

It’s unknown why Dillane was trying to get on the lot, LAPD Officer Drake Madison said.

Dillane was detained until cops arrived and cuffed the London-born actor on a battery charge.

that was an epically bad mid-season finale.

Seriously they could kill every character off and start over and I don't think you'd hear much complaint.

How did Travis' feet get so torn up? Was he running on glass? Did I miss something?

Well he ran after Chris at night and then suddenly it was daytime which through me off, I guess they are insinuating that he walked/ran after Chris all through the night and into the day without shoes on.

I got over it quickly but they sure did fast forward that without explanation and it was just suddenly daytime.

Almost like when Daniel got captured, the next scene they are all just standing around for the funeral and im like wtf where is daniel what happened?

Then Ofelia asks nicely to see her dad and no one else is chiming in. Did she not tell the group what happened? what the hell is going on here?

We all know that when the show starts up in August they will cut to Daniel standing in the fire that he started. That fire will cause the three dragon eggs to hatch and the dragons will imprint on him. From then on he will be known to all survivors as the "Vato of Dragons". He will then purge Mexico of all Walkers using dragon fire but for some strange reason he will never be able to leave Mexico.

im so ready for this to come back. I was totally sucked in and thought it finally became a great show before that final episode but I am starving for more.

At least when this ends, walking dead will start immediately instead of having another several month hiatus.

IMO the first episode was bad, the next 4 were very enjoyable and had me totally sucked in that this show might finally be what I want it to be. Then the midseason finale kicked me back out but I still am starving for more.

I am glad you think it's better. For me, just when it had a good episode, the epic stupidity of the show came back to rear it's ugly head. Seriously, this show has almost reached the point where it's so bad....it could be one of those cult shows that people watch in the future because it's so bad.

I talk to myself all the time. Only way to get intelligent, (in)sane conversation around these parts :D

LOL Stout. If you start hearing voices back it might be time to check in to somewhere with padded walls. o_O:billthecat::doi:

They replaced Daniel real quick!

I imagine there will be a few episodes of everyone split up and then a regrouping toward the end of the season. Should be interesting.

Wow...no posts? I enjoyed the lack of dialog in this episode. It's normally so dumb, the fewer lines the better.

The scene with the guys in the jeep was utterly ridiculous. Why did they just stand there and get engulfed?

I'm vacation. I will rate it on the dumb-o-meter when I return and watch it.

I tried to watch, but five minutes in, I officially deleted it from my DVR.
