Panthers waived fifth-round CB Zack Sanchez.

The Panthers drafted three cornerbacks in a row in April's draft. Two of them, second-rounder James Bradberry and third-rounder Daryl Worley, will open the season in the starting lineup, but Sanchez will likely open the year on another roster. If he surprisingly slips through waivers, the Panthers will stash him on the practice squad.

ESPN's Adam Caplan confirms the Eagles have been shopping CB Eric Rowe "for some time."

Caplan also confirms the Eagles don't see Rowe as a fit for DC Jim Schwartz's scheme. Rowe was the 47th overall pick in the 2015 draft. The Eagles would likely take back a fifth- to sixth-round pick in order to move him.

We could have had some other choices maybe?

My wish list of players that I HOPE make the team, and not who I THINK will necessarily make the team.
Barkley
Penny
Momah
Wetzel (Boehm and Toner seem like locks)
Bryant
Louis
Farley (long shot)

I do realize that it's possible that none of them make the team.

Re

Zach Sanchez. Panthers run a zone heavy scheme -- maybe not a fit?

Eric Rowe: I just remember Card wrs abusing him last year. I don't think it's a scheme fit prob in Philly, but a talent fit.

Boy, I like Sanchez a lot. has the quick feet to play the slot and is always looking back for the ball.

Saw that the Ravens released ILB Arthur Brown---he's a good speed, cover WILB---would be a nice fit.

QB Mike Bercovici realized by SD. MJ has been touting him as a PS candidate in AZ. He played fairly well versus us, but struggled mightily last week. Not sure he has the arm strength BA covets.

But Bodha wanted us to trade for him. :)

Nothing official on Shipley or Hubert. Only USA Today is reporting Okpalaugo so far.

It sure is taking a long time for the cuts to be released.

This is interesting. Former top 10
Pick never lived up to expectations. Pressured from behind for #3 spot by younger players and the Jets didn't Pick up his 5th year option and this was his last year. For a #4 CB. Bring him in
