You get on Peterson about his antics, but prefer Norman, who legit picks fights with other players, has been labeled a locker room cancer and was purged from the Panther’s roster for nothing at the peak of his career.

Peterson has missed a grand total of 0 games in his seven year career and has played through hammy and quad injuries, along with unmanaged diabetes in 2014. Not too shabby for someone as weak as you tell us he is.

Knock this **** off, Mitch. You lost all credibility evaluating DBs after you tried to convince us that Trayvon Williams was a better CB than Peterson.

Your characterization of Josh Norman is false.

You also are incorrect about what i said regarding Tramon Williams. It's Tramon not Trayvon. I said a few weeks ago that Tramon Williams was playing better than Peterson. I didn't say he was a better CB. You and others might scoff at the PFF rankings, but they have T. Williams rated this year through Week 14 as the #11 CB (87.5) and Patrick Peterson as the #45 CB (78.6)...and by virtue of the way they have been playing in ALL aspects of CB play (man cover, zone cover, tackling, penalties), those rankings have merit.

Saw this video posted from a few years back and instead of creating a new thread, just posted it to the first one which showed while searching the forum... least we forget what we have in Peterson, and I think what a player as Julio Jones says as a premier WR trumps most others opinion on the subject :)

As far as coverage is concerned, I wouldn't take any CB over Peterson. Others are better at run support or at forcing TOs, but none are better at covering receivers.

Marcus Peters gets all this hoopla, but the kid gives up a lot of big plays. Norman isn't on the same level. Sherman is losing a step.

Petersons lost a little bit since three years ago. Jones also had probably the best performance against him to this date. I really didn't see him able to slow him down too much, but to his credit he hung in there the entire game battling.

That bad game, and bad season really, were due to his undiagnosed diabetes. Since he has gotten that under control, he has been outstanding again.

Last game against Julio Jones in 2016:

4 Catches
7 Targets
35 Yards
0 TDs

Peterson made up for that 2014 performance

But I bet Tramon Williams would’ve shut him down completely.....

Can anyone investigate to see if "Mitch" is actually a fake account created by Keim's wife?

I’d imagine that Keim’s Wife would have the common sense to think that Patrick Peterson is better than Tramon Williams
