Flagstaff Rental House - Discount to ASFN's

First off as you can see I've been a member here for years, additionally I have never tried to sell anything on this board so this is not a case of someone joining for the purpose of selling something. Mods, if this is not cool please delete the thread.

I, along with a friend of mine, own a luxury rental property off of Country Club Dr (about 10 minutes from training camp). For those of you who enjoy golf, the house sits on a fun little par 3 golf course (Timberline), is across the street from the driving range and within 1 mile of Continental Country Club (only 18 hole public golf course in town).

Anyway we normally rent the house for $490 a night. Don't freak out it sleeps 10 people (5 bedrooms) and can accomodate 18 people. I'm offering a discount to board members for $350 a night through the 21st (last day of camp). The only days rented right now in August are 8/1, 8/8, and 8/9.

If you have a few couples to hang with up in Flag this is a cheaper route than getting individual hotel rooms and the place is a heck of a lot nicer.

I thought about having a cardinal fan party at this house as far back as last year, then my wife went and got pregnant (fortunatley by me) and we just had a baby 3 weeks ago...darn boy ruined my chances of going to camp this year.

Next year it's on.
