You must be so happy. We are tanking just like you want.
The Suns were not tanking, far from it. They need someone to create a shot at the end of the game.

Guys, get real here. The suns ARE NOT looking to tank.
Let me say that SARVER is not looking to tank this season. If we truly were, we'd try to get something for Nash/Grant or both. Before the game started today Nash got on the mic and told the fans to hang in there because the suns will give it all they've got this season-LOL
I too would be happy about this loss if we were looking to tank. Problem is were not. The problem is that the suns will try hard and win just enough games to throw them in the 9-10 spot in the west which will result in a crappy mid-teen draft pick.
Sarver wants to make the playoffs by all means necessary to get some more $$$$$$$$$$$$$ revenue. That cheeky bastard.
No the Suns ARE tanking. They tried to find a way to lose in the end and they did. Suns know in their heart that they could have won if they tried and that's whats most important.
Go 2012 draft!!!
One can only hope.I don't think anybody believes the Suns are actually trying to tank - not with bottom line Bob in charge - but if we continue to struggle out the gate and find ourselves out of the race by the end of January then they might change their thinking and make some moves at the deadline to prepare us for rebuilding. One can only hope
lows:
hill and brown.
+1I think that's the idea. Develop players you have as much as possible while not necessarily worrying about winning games. The more we lose, the better our chances for one of the top draft picks. I am OK losing all 66 games this year as long as guys like Lopez, Gortat, Dudley, and Morris continue to improve.
We need a 2 guard...Lopez for Mayo/Jordan Crawford/Nick Young/Marcus Thorton right now!
Why on earth would we trade Robin Lopez for OJ Mayo at this point.
highs:
lopez
nash
gortat
morris
Bright spots for the future are Lopez and Morris. I wonder if Lopez can be extended.
Voice of reason It was 1 game... if he can average 15 points & 8 rebounds in 24 minutes over the 1st 15-20 games then I'll be impressed. I've been keying in on Lopez defensively & he's actually pretty good playing 1-on-1 defense when his guy has the ball. His problems are when he needs to help & can't recover or he gets mesmerized by the PG with the ball & loses track of his man.Let's not get carried away. Lopez was due for one of these games considering he had not scored 20 points since Feb 26th 2010. Also, he has had only 7 double digit rebounding games in 4 seasons......in 4 seasons!!!
Sorry but I don't get excited bout Lopez scoring when this teams needs more defense and rebounding....you know the two things he was drafted for.
blablabla

What I've liked so far in the last 2 games is that he's actually grabbing rebounds, boxing out & playing strong. Hopefully he keeps it up.

Slinslin how does it feel to be the only Suns fan in the United States of America who thinks Gortat isnt good/shouldnt be on this team?
